Evans Weir is a Chartered accountant based in the heart of Chichester. The company’s expertise lies in helping start-ups, new and small businesses with tax, payroll and accountancy software in a competitive marketplace.
Working with Evans Weir for several years, we have helped the business to streamline its marketing spend by implementing a clear strategy. Five years on, we have reduced the marketing budget whilst substantially increasing leads! Initially, we conducted a competitor review, and carved out a niche; focusing on start-up clients and SMEs based in Chichester.
Early on, we set up a referral scheme, and constructed the messaging around this. The business was using a standard compliance template for engagement letters, which we re-wrote to make the letter more personal. We manage advertising, website development, email marketing and direct marketing. We were also instrumental in helping to support Evans Weir with the development of a new identity as it celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017.
