Millbrook Healthcare appointed us to develop its corporate marketing strategy.
Millbrook Healthcare required a substantial piece of strategic work. This needed to consider how Millbrook should communicate with its three main audiences; commissioners, clinicians and consumers. We reviewed the whole sector, noting each locality and its contract renewal dates. A marketing plan was then developed to help introduce Millbrook and its work to the local commissioners in the run up to their next tender.
We provided ongoing consultancy to the company on website marketing, branding and social media and also organised a mystery shop at one of the stores which made up Millbrook’s retail arm. As there had been little or no monitoring or evaluation of the stores, a strategy for integrating contract and retail operations was crucial. As a result of our work and highlighting the investment required to develop a retail offering, in a declining high street, the decision was taken to partner with an existing retail led organisation, allowing Millbrook to focus on its main contract works.
