Veritas Procurement is a Health and Social Care Consultancy, founded in 2007 with the aim of identifying and assisting the implementation of efficiency savings for public, private and third sector organisations. Its ethos is to ensure that the considerations of the patient and user are continually at the centre of the services. The company works with National Health Service Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups, central and local government authorities as well as large private sector organisations.
First and foremost, we worked with Veritas on a repositioning exercise, including a rebrand, to move the business from a procurement consultancy to its true remit as a health and social care consultancy. We concentrated efforts on positioning Veritas’ MD as a leading authority as a healthcare consultant. This was achieved through the use of white papers and case studies. Carefully constructed literature was produced, including a prestigious document folder and embossed letterhead. We also conducted interviews with the man behind Veritas, and wrote case studies to allow him to bid directly with commissioning groups, rather than having to go through agencies. Ultimately, we provided a springboard. In terms of marketing strategy and activities, we worked with Veritas’ MD to research and decide upon the company’s strategic marketing direction. We undertook much of the day-to-day marketing programme including website updates, regular e-newsletters, event support, PR and social media, to raise Veritas’ profile within its key target markets.
